Description
A divination cultivator imprisoned in Water Burial Valley by the Forgetful River Prefecture Lord. He guided Meng Yaoyin in the past and provides Sun Lingtong with information to disrupt the Heavenly Ghost Transformation Sacrifice Ritual, opposing the Prefecture Lord on ideological grounds.
