Description

A Soul Formation cultivator and ruler of the Ghostfire Prefecture, also known as Yin Jiuzhu. He attacks the Forgetful River Prefecture Lord to prevent his success, using nine candles with Strange Fires, including the Soul-Hooking Spirit-Guiding Candle and Cold Abyss Ice Coffin Candle. He is a formidable adversary with deep knowledge of Fire Element techniques.

Appearance

Body composed of blackened bones, draped in a tattered cloak, eye sockets blazing with candlelight, with a bronze chain on left arm and oily yellow cloth on right arm.

Strategic, ruthless, and determined to maintain his prefecture's power by thwarting rivals.
