Description
An organization of immortal zombies across the five regions, with a Northern Plains branch headquartered in Dark Flow Giant City. It researches methods to revive immortal zombies and trades black oil from Earth Trench. The alliance has a loose structure with over twenty immortal zombie members, led by Blazing Heaven Demoness in Northern Plains.
