Description

A legacy orange-grade (silver) Planetary Obliteration Grade Annihilation Weapon. It is an enormous cannon that fires extremely cold psionic energy, capable of freezing entire regions and, at maximum output, triggering a planet-wide Ice Age. It was built by Han Xiao after completing Professor Harrofal's blueprint mission.
