Colonel Carl

Description

The commanding officer of Hesla's border troops, a muscular Caucasian man. A pragmatic and radical officer, he ordered an early attack on Dark Crow Valley Base against Han Xiao's advice, leading to heavy Hesla casualties. He attempted to kill Han Xiao's team with a missile strike and later tried to claim credit for their intelligence. He was assassinated by Han Xiao in revenge.
