Description
A Beyond Grade A Esper of the Arcane Church, known as 'Sea Spirit', with the ability to control and compress water. He was captured alive by Han Xiao during the Planet Lighthouse battle after being hit with Esper Silence and a concentrated assault. He was later frozen in Spacetime Amber and handed over to the Crimson Dynasty.
Appearance
Blue skin, scaled face, large bright eyes, a third eye on his forehead, webbed hands and feet with eyeballs in the palms, a hunched back with fins.
