Description

Sylvia's father and a former high-ranking army officer who became a rebel leader. He was secretly a spy for another force and committed crimes against the New Phylen Alliance. Captured by Black Star Mercenary Group, he is imprisoned in Agolo Prison City.

Deceitful and manipulative, but cares for his daughter.
