Luo Qingdead

Description

The leader of the Rose Militant, an all-female mercenary group active in the Somar Desert. An Esper with forcefield-type abilities, she could create energy shields and project force strikes. Funded by the Ordifina Organization, she led the search for Felonia. After Han Xiao decimated her forces, she attempted to escape but was hunted down and killed by him in a final battle.

Personality

Ruthless, determined, and proud. She was a capable leader but prone to fury when her plans were thwarted.
