Description

The leader of the Holy Accord organization, master of the Primal Esper Ability Entity Soul Flame. He completed the deal with Han Xiao for a portion of the Holy Light Particle. He then synthesized the Third Sanctum Key, opened the portal to the Third Sanctum, and entered it to fulfill the organization's promise of reviving deceased Beyond Grade As.

Personality

Secretive, ambitious, and initially deceptive, but ultimately cooperative with Han Xiao for shared goals.
