Savignes

Description

The leader of the Lore Civilization and a key figure in the Star Alliance. He was captured by Han Xiao during the invasion of the Star Alliance and subjected to psychological torture while watching his civilization be destroyed.

Personality

Initially gleeful at the perceived downfall of the three Universal Civilizations, later desperate and vengeful upon capture.
