Description

An influential figure in Stardragon, often seen playing chess with Old Man Lu. He lost an arm in the past and receives a bionic prosthetic from Han Xiao. He recognizes Han Xiao's value and facilitates his recruitment into Division 13.

Tall, prim and proper elderly man with a missing left arm.

Stern and authoritative when on duty, but genial in casual settings.
