Description
A native pillaging organization based in the Garu Star Cluster of the Flickering World. Originally a wandering civilization, they turned to robbing weaker native civilizations for resources and technology, becoming the dominant force in their region. They possessed a fleet of over a hundred thousand battleships with Star System-level technology but were utterly defeated by the Black Star Army's player expedition.
