Western Capital

Description

A major fortified city in the nation of Stardragon. It is surrounded by a giant electric fence and divided into eight districts. Entry is strictly controlled through military checkpoints. Han Xiao illegally enters the city seeking refuge and to contact Stardragon's Division 13.
