Xu Qian
A reincarnated police academy graduate who uses modern investigative skills to solve cases in the Dafeng Dynasty. He joins the Night Squad, investigates the Sang Bo explosion case under Emperor Yuan Jing's order to atone for his crimes, and uncovers evidence linking the sealed artifact under Sang Bo Lake to the first supervisor. He gains the trust of both the eldest princess and second princess, and continues to communicate with the Heaven and Earth Society via the Earth Book. In recent events, he interrogated captives from Hidden Dragon City, killed Qi Huan Dan Xiang and White Tiger to create corpse puppets, agreed to help the Nine-Tailed Fox unseal Shen Shu's limbs in the southern border, and traveled there with his group. In the southern border, he negotiated with the Gu clan leaders, defeating them in battle and convincing them to cancel their alliance with Yunzhou rebels. He explored the abyss where the poison God is sealed, and with the help of Luo Yuheng, assisted the Gu clan in clearing mutated Gu beasts.
