Zheng xinghuai

Description

The chief administrator of Chu Zhou city who escaped the massacre and returned to the capital to impeach the North vanquishing Prince. He was imprisoned and strangled to death by Que Yongxiu under Emperor Yuan Jing's orders, becoming a martyr for justice in the Chu Prefecture city case.
