Description
Former archbishop of the Church of the Evernight Goddess who betrayed the church and took Sealed Artifact 0-08. He orchestrated the events in Tingen to obtain Saint Selena's ashes, killed Klein and Dunn, and advanced to Sequence 4 Nightwatcher. He is now in Backlund.
Appearance
Dark blonde hair, blue-black eyes, high nose, blind in one eye, wears a black clergyman robe.
Personality
Manipulative and ruthless, driven by his goals.
