Rear Admiral Hurricane, a Sequence 6 Wind-blessed pirate who infiltrates Backlund to assassinate Duke Negan. He uses the magical item Creeping Hunger to disguise himself as Baron Gramir but is detected by Audrey Hall and later killed mysteriously by Azik.
