Black Skeleton Gang
Description
A gang active near the border of East Borough and the dock area in Backlund, mainly composed of people of Balam heritage, involved in intelligence gathering and funding for the East Balam Nation Reestablishment Society. It was destroyed by Klein Moretti in an explosion.
